Down to sweat and indulge in delectable breakfast spreads? You’ll be making new local friends and breaking a sweat in no time.

All of us are seeking connection in life, and hope to grow our social families with ladies who share our interests. The women we attract will inspire, advise, support, and challenge you (and vice versa!) They come from all walks of life, careers, and fitness levels, so no two conversations or matches will ever be the same. Our goal is to match you with someone that will be your new bestie.

Events with our squad is minimalist in style, but mighty in fun. You can join us for a workout, brunch around town, or both. Mingle, sweat, and indulge. We pack our day to be short yet mighty. Everything kicks off with meeting your new friend matches in person so you'll have a comfort zone and buddy. We'll start off by breaking a sweat at one of the best fitness studios in town. Indulge in a post-workout brunch to refuel. You can come for both the sweat and eats, or just one. Hang around to chat it up with your new friends!
