Are you wanting to try new fitness + wellness spots around London or make new like-minded friends but don't where to start? Come join us on one of our Sweat Crawls! Just like a bar crawl, but for getting fit with new friends!

I've been trying to stay active, healthy, and fit in my new home cities. But making friends and working out can get brutally lonely, especially when you don't know where are the best spots to hit up for breaking a sweat without being surrounded by meatheads.

I decided to give back to the community that has embraced me by bringing together women who feel the same way, and connecting us through a fun wellness event. Since I'm so passionate about this, I've put together a chance for us wellness seeking girls who want to keep staying fit but are shy/new/intimidated by going it alone. We're calling it Sweat Crawl and together we can explore the city while breaking a sweat!

We hope you enjoy this idea to bring together new friends or ladies new-in-town so they can push their limits with accountability buddies, try out new places, and see where they might want to workout on their own long term. The goal will also be to bring exposure and highlight those local fitness spots we all should know about, and introduce girls who haven't really gotten into fitness but wan to - in an environment where they don't have to do it alone if they don't want to! 


πŸ’Ž We will "crawl" over the course of two days so everyone has a chance to make it even if they are working, got uni, out of town, etc.

πŸ‘― There will be a kickoff meetup at a beautiful park or location (dependent on weather🌀) so that you're personally matched up to a workout buddy and new friend

πŸ‹πŸ»‍♀️ There will be a beautifully printed crawl map with all the locations we choose and the goal will be to hit up as many as possible each day with your new friends

☕️πŸ₯‘πŸ³πŸ© We can then wind down the sweaty day over an indulgent brunch spread at one of the best brunch spots in town...bottomless mimosas of course! Free drinks on the house just for our squad! πŸΎ
